We have recently bought a second hand Sierra day van from Out and About campers and what a brilliant company they have been to deal with! The team have been wonderful to communicate with and super knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful the entire way through the process. We are a family of 4 plus a furry child and this van (Gwen/Guinevere - named by our daughters!) is going to provide us with so many wonderful memories and adventures. We had our first family trip in her to Paris over Easter and she was absolutely brilliant! What has really impressed us however was when we had a battery hiccup (not their fault!) the week before our big first adventure, they took it all in their stride and helped us immediately.  No shuffling blame, no time wasting, they just helped us get it sorted and we couldn't be more appreciative of that. It shows how much they actually care about their customers and truly want to help. Anyway - thank you guys so much! We absolutely LOVE Gwen and I have no doubt we will be visiting you again in the future with little requests or if/when we are looking for a change. Great company. Nothing is too much trouble. Good workshop facilities and good build quality which is better than many we looked at. We have taken delivery of Ford Hybrid which is proving to be better than the new T7.

OAAC converted our T6.1 LWB transporter a year ago. We choose to use OAAC as we were really impressed with their camper designs. We particularly loved the bamboo work surfaces and attention to detail with the kitchen and storage features of the conversions, along with the light airy space created in their Apline Tourer conversion. We included quite a few extras that they offer, which allowed us to ensure our camper worked for how we wanted to use it. The team carefully listened to what we wanted from the van for our lifestyle. We've had a few things that needed rectifying under their two-year guarantee. These were never quibbled with and we always found the team responded quickly when we contact them. You hear so many stories of companies washing their hands of customers when issues arise: OAAC couldn't be further from this, with their great attitude to customer satisfaction. I had my campervan built by Out and About Campers nearly four years ago. They delivered superb service, listening and discussing my needs, to ensure that I had the campervan of my dreams and within my budget. I have visited a few times since and most recently to investigate my leisure battery failing. It’s been a year since we collected our conversion from OAAC and still 100% happy with our choice. It’s been put through its paces as a family van and has proved to be everything that we hoped it would be. Most conversions that we’d previously hired/viewed had been dark inside with black/dark grey linings and interiors. We wanted a home from home and the warm colours and bamboo work surfaces that OAAC offer delivered exactly that. The reupholstered seats were a fantastic addition from Bob next door. The team were great from start to finish, offering ideas, guidance and updates throughout the process. A couple of minor issues (LED striplight coming loose) were quickly fixed. Another great feature of OAAC is the annual habitation check, where the van gets checked over for function and faults, which then extends the conversion warranty for a second year.
