Out and About Campers at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show 2025 – What a Week!

The Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show 2025 at Birmingham’s NEC was a huge highlight for the team during February. The whole team at Out and About Campers had an amazing time meeting fellow adventurers, showcasing our latest camper van designs, and sharing our passion for life on the open road.

A Showcase of Innovation and Adventure

This year, we were proud to unveil our newest campervan conversions, each designed with adventure, comfort and practicality in mind. Whether you’re a seasoned explorer, a weekend adventurer, or someone dreaming of taking the leap into van life, we had something to capture your imagination. Visitors got the chance to get up close to our beautifully crafted, fully equipped vans. On display for 2025 we had the Summit, a design for the latest model variant of the Volkswagen Crafter and MAN TGE. The Fuji, which is a Japandi based design, that is our first completely gasless conversion with induction hobs, and of course our award-winning Alpine design which is now available in the latest Ford Transit Custom and Volkswagen T7 variant base vehicles.

As well as the vehicles we had on display, we also have a wide selection of used vehicles that we have built :- The Out and About Campers – Odyssey collection. These are vans are hand-picked and approved by us and come with the Out and About Campers seal of approval. With the Odyssey Collection our customers can be sure that all of our used stock vehicles are ready for their next adventure. Vehicles come with six months warranty on the base vehicle, and six month warranty on conversion and with our commitment to quality at the forefront of our approved used stock, it provides peace of mind for the journey ahead.

All of our vans are designed for both simple weekend getaways and full-time van life. Whether you’re a solo explorer, a couple seeking adventure, or a family looking for the ultimate road trip experience, at Out and About Campers we have something for everyone.

The Atmosphere was Unmatched

From the moment the doors opened, the buzz around the NEC was incredible, with so many exhibitors and thousands of visitors, the energy was electric, and we were thrilled to be a part of it. Our team had countless conversations with van life enthusiast – some already on the road, others just beginning their journey. We loved hearing your stories, answering questions, and guiding visitors through our designs. Whether it was first-time buyers eager to find their perfect camper or experienced travellers looking to upgrade, we had some great chats about everything from interior layouts to off-grid essentials.

We also had the pleasure of connecting with other industry experts, fellow conversion specialists, and suppliers, discussing the future of campervan travel and how we can continue to innovate the industry.
