1. Payment Terms, Refunds and Prices

1.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a build start date. The deposit amount will be agreed in writing.

1.2 A non-refundable parts deposit of £11,000 for Alpine conversions, £15,000 for Fuji or Summit conversions is required no later than four (4) weeks before the scheduled build start date. This deposit enables us to allocate stock specifically to your build. Failure to pay the parts deposit by the required deadline may result in your build being delayed or cancelled. 1.3 The remaining balance must be settled when the van is finished, regardless of the agreed handover date. Vehicles should be collected within 7 days of completion or storage fees may apply. 1.4 The vehicle will only be released once the final payment has been made. 1.5 If additional works, products, or services are added after a deposit has been paid, an additional deposit may be required. This is at our discretion. If no additional deposit is requested, the cost will be added to the final invoice. 1.6 You may request a change to your build start date within a reasonable time. This is subject to availability and does not result in the loss of your deposit. 1.7 Quotes are valid for 30 days. 1.8 Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer.

1.9 We do not accept returns or refunds on conversions or stock vehicles. If a fault is present at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to fix the issue.

1.10 Any modifications made to your sales order within 2 weeks of your scheduled build start date will be at the discretion of Out and About Campers and may incur additional costs.

2. Unexpected Costs and Delays

2.1 Any completion timeframe given is an estimate only. A confirmed handover date will only be provided once the campervan is completed and has passed final inspections. 2.2 We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: exchange rate fluctuations, new or increased trade tariffs, or changes in shipping costs. 2.3 If a specific part is unavailable, a suitable alternative may be purchased. This may incur additional costs. 2.4 For brand-new vehicles purchased through us, please note that estimated delivery dates are approximate. Also see 2.2.

2.5 Build completion dates are estimates and subject to delays. Please do not book or pay for trips based on any estimated delivery time we give. Out and About Campers Ltd is not liable for costs incurred due to cancelled trips.
